The nose opens with smoky chorizo, violet florals, and vibrant red‑and‑black fruit, creating an aromatic profile that is both lifted and complex. The palate is smooth, layered, and velvety, supported by bright acidity and a subtle mineral edge that drives a long, linear finish.
Composed of 91% Shiraz and 9% Mourvèdre, the wine spent 20 months in older French oak, allowing purity of fruit and terroir to shine.
