Our small planting of Rolle (Vermentino) delivers grapes with singular vibrancy and varied expression – an ode to the life giving kiss of the sun. This fragrant medium-bodied wine has bright flavours of peach, golden apples, apricot, lemon and lime. Excellent paired with grilled fish, summer melon with prosciutto and variety of cheese.
