Golden sun-ripened wheat colour with brilliant green flashes. The nose reveals a beautiful aromatic wine with hints of apple blossoms, lime citrus, honeycomb, ginger preserve, and a salty saline minerality. The palate is simultaneously expressive and linear echoing the warm honey, citrus, and spicy ginger notes ending in a cleansing lime zest tangy freshness with an exceptionally lengthy finish.
This is a rare wine, made in tiny quantities 116 cases (6) bottles and is a ‘must’ for any wine lover or wine aficionado.
